Saturday Linkenings: The Paris Review Interviews

Word hit a week ago that the Paris Review has made their entire 57-year archive of author interviews available free on the web.

Folks, this is a link that chambers a round of veritable in one barrel, a round of who’s who of international letters in the other, and disengages the safety.  Or, as the New York Times put it in their story about the interviews, there is “something awesome” about this “gathering of yakking, coruscating ghosts…The Paris Review’s Web site feels, for now, like the best party in town.”
